Always sick

Was wondering if anyone has been sick the whole pregnancy? Not like morning sickness but sick. I have been so sick ER twice in the pass week with breathing issues. Non stop 'bathroom' issues. And now week legs. The babies are just fine and doing great just me is falling apart. Also any one having issues with balancing sugars? I have GD and my sugars are always so low no matter what i eat.
