Heeeeelllpppp!

So, we ate White Castle last night and I special order mine compared to my husband. I woke up with diarrhea and vomiting. I have diarrhea when I eat Krystal's so I didn't think much of this until I vomited and now it has lasted all freakin day. Krystal's never does me this way so I think it's food poisoning. I've only had Powerade all day and now I'm wanting to try to eat just a bite of something. Suggestions? (Yes, I am 23 weeks pregnant, I cannot call my dr nor do I have any on call, and I have to pay an outrageous amount to go to the ER plus I'm not concerned at this point. Just wanting food.)
