Someone stop me...

I'm 12w2d and I don't feel pregnant at all, besides my big belly. My last ultrasound was a few weeks ago at my 1st prenatal visit and everything was fine, harmony test came back fine. My next visit is on the 3rd but I feel like going to the ER and saying I'm not feeling well for another ultrasound because I'm stressing myself over being so paranoid. I feel like I just need to see the baby is ok. But I also feel like I'm being extreme and just need to wait it out.....
