Opinions?

So my period is 9 days late and I've had no sign of it at all. My lower back is very achy and about two weeks ago I had this brown spotting for a few days then it went away. My boobs aren't sore though, but every now and they I get this dull stabbing pain in them. I did two tests last week but both said negative (they were pretty cheap tests so maybe that's why?) I've been having unprotected sex a lot lately and I'm not on any birth control (I'm not saying I don't want a Bub so please don't tell me I need to take birth control hehe) is there a huge possibility I am pregnant or am I just over thinking it?
