HELP: I'm eating too much junk food!

I'm 26 weeks and I'm feeling awful as I have been eating like crap. I am generally healthy but can't control moderation lately. Part of the problem is grocery shopping when hungry so I can work on that but any tips on how to get back on track? 
I've been eating too many sweets and junk food. I'd like to balance out my eating habits asap! 😕 appreciate your advice and understanding.

My doctor told me that as long as I'm eating she is happy. Of course she would rather me eat healthy but if all I have the appetite for is something not so great she would rather me eat it instead of not eat at all. Make sense?

Green apples have helped me avoid a lot of sweets. I know they still have a lot of sugar in them but I feel better about eating an apple than a cookie. Haha!

I feel your pain! I'm in the same boat: I'm almost 26 weeks and I've been eating everything! I've been moving to a new house and just grabbing anything we have around, in addition to buying more junk food. I find it helps if I buy healthier food and actually take the time to prepare my lunches and snacks.  I think we are just going to have to practice self control. 😩

Eat before you go shopping. Make a meal plan for the week and buy only that...

Don't buy it and you will be less tempted to eat it. Stock up on fresh and dried fruit and raw nuts as quick snacks. I love humus so I eat that will veggies or unsalted blue corn chips. Prepare food at home if you work so ur not tempted to buy junk. Good luck....also stay away from frozen meals even low calorie as sodium is extremely high.....My recent fav is grilled chicken lettuce cheese on a tortilla for lunch....quick to make and supper yummy. I also keep a container of dark choc chips when I'm really needing sugar I'll eat some by itself or with nuts or melted on strawberries and bananas.....
