Cramping?

Is it normal to be mildly crampy in your third trimester? Nothing as intense as period cramps but definitely crampy low in my abdomen, is this normal? I'm 30weeks with twins.

Mild cramping is normal but if it get worse/more consistent I would go in 😊

Thanks everyone! It's nothing unbearable or intense but I haven't noticed any cramping this whole time and for the past week it's on and off all day but very mild and only lasts a few minutes and kinda goes into my back. Just wanted to know if this happened to others?

Yes as long as there is no pattern to the cramping (like contractions) and you don't feel as though they're too often, it's completely normal! My OB actually told me to expect them around that time and I had them pretty regular for about 2 weeks but they have kind of let up the past few days. I am 32+1 with Di/Di girls!

Mild cramping is normal. If it gets too unbearable then call your doctor.

Yes, I did a lot especially in the beginning of the third trimester.

Also make sure you're drinking plenty of water.  Sometimes that can bring in th cramping/make it worse if you're not drinking enough.
