Baby Shower?

My best friends mother (like my own mother) wants to throw me a shower. My mother-in-law doesn't want to throw one. My aunt the other day was talking about throwing me one. She seemed offended when I told her my best friends mom wanted to do it. Should I have more than one? I just don't think it would be necessary, we don't have a lot of people that I think we really need multiple.

Sometimes, depending on where you live and people live, you end up with more than one shower. I am - my family is in Kentucky, Florida, and NC, so all three of them will get a shower.
