Gold's Gym waist belt for back/belly support?
So I bought a waist belt for working out before I got pregnant and I was wondering if it's still safe to use? Not for losing weight purposes but for support? I also then saw some ladies wrapping their bellies after birth sooo would this belt also work for that purpose too? I'm just curious I hate buying stuff I'll only use for like a month or so and I already have this and it was soo cheap! Any ideas?
