New pregancy for baby nunber two!!

I am currently pregnant with baby boy nunber two. But i was questionable about the gender of this one because it it so much different then the first time. With my first son he stayed really high and up front. With this one he stays low low and in my back. Is that normal? Also i had morning sickness bad in my first and none in my second. How was yalls second pregancy for moms of 2 or even more!
