Strange bleeding. Maybe tmi.

So I started spotting the day before AF as usual but this time when AF arrived it was, light, really watery and bright red, it lasted for a full day and a half and now I'm only spotting again (but more than before AF). It was so watery that even though my tampon wasn't even 1/3 covered, it was still leaking out. It never went brown and I didn't have any clots, I did have clumps of pinkish grey stuff but only twice, they looked like small clots just not dark red/black like normal. I had bad cramping on cd 1 and nausea. Cd 2, no cramps but bad nausea. It's cd 3 and I'm cramping and having nausea again. Also last night I cried over little things. I used my last hpt last night and didn't see much but I feel pregnant. Do you think this could have been more implantation bleeding (I had very light pink spotting on 8dpo)? If I go from dpo, it would be 13 and 14 dpo. I decided to wake up an hour later when I take my temps but they are still above my coverline, barely. I'll probably test again in a few days just to see. I don't remember ever having such a watery AF and when I google it, it's mostly saying implantation.
