High blood flow through umbilical cord?

So my last two appointments this has shown up. I'm 31 weeks, and my baby is measuring small in her torso, and also has elevated blood flow. They have me going in every week for u/s and nsts, but I just want to know if anyone else is experiencing this?

My baby has severe IUGR but my last measurements of blood flow through umbiblical was normal. I am only 25 weeks though. 
I didn't realize you could have too high blood flow. 
Hope all goes back to normal soon.

My umbilical cord has high resistance and in some readings absent-end diastolic flow. I am 21w 3d today and go to see the perionatalogist tomorrow but I'm having problems finding posts on this site with people who were diagnosed as early as I am. My first was born with a matured placenta and had lost weight in the last couple weeks before he was born (40w) but I had only had a 20w ultrasound with him and nothing was concerning then so we don't know exactly why his placenta matured fast but now that this is happening I'm wondering if it's the same thing but just started later on in the pregnancy. Super nervous for my appt tomorrow but hoping I get more answers and more direction.

I was just told I have this and severe IUGR. Baby is in the 3rd percentile at 32w5d. I'll have NSTs twice a week and they'll check the blood flow through the cord -something about dopplers?

We have a growth scan in 3 weeks but were told to be ready to deliver any time 😪
