Based on this test I would say it's an evap, which these are notorious for, I would retest with pink dye.

I had this. It was a nasty trick. Took 2 pink dyes, both negative :(

If the test was read past the recommended time, I would say invalid/ negative as the only line I'm seeing is a thin evap line. Test again with fmu and a pink dye.

Is this an old test? The control line looks funny but I'd say test again in a couple days to see if the positive line shows up darker
