3D ultrasound at 28 weeks wide nose look like covers most his face

I got my 3D done and boy his nose almost covers his whole face !!!! He healthly all toes etc but it's it normal to see it like this ? We had 30 shots taken looks all huge lol I love my lil ham no matter what was just wondering if 3D  emphasize face features,? Anyone have babies who showed huge noses and baby once they were born? Was it even bigger smaller just very curious
