Struggles of having twins

Hey! So i'm expecting two baby boys Jeremiah & Josiah with my partner/ bestfriend, i am currently 11 weeks. As of this moment in my life i am very overwhelmed and flustered, my life is in a complete stress. Dealing with things such as preparing for 2 babies and being a parent, school, making enough money for our kids, health issues and not being entirely honest with our parents is very stressful to handle on our part, my partner is 22 i am 20 we both are in school and both live with our parents and both work. LIFE is very very hard for us and i don't know how to cope.
