I am still in shock mode

I am still in shock mode. We were told it is very slim that we can conceive naturally for the next 4 months bc of my husbands semen test results and having vericocele... And even after the meds and surgery it was a 40 percent chance to conceive naturally. He did the surgery two days ago and I just found I am pregnant. I'm hoping the doctor did not deceive us but it's a big hospital so I can't see that happen. I am still not excited about the pregnant but rather nervous and anxious as its my first one. I know I will be soon just trying to get over the shock phase!
