Pregnant? Tmi

So last night I couldn't go to sleep cuz u had a sharp pain in my belly really bad it hurt so much and then I went to the bathroom and threw up 3 times like projectile vomiting into the toilet. After that I smoked a cigarette and laid down and felt a lot better but I don't understand I took an ovulation test 3 days ago and it was n and than I took one that say and it was n and right now my cervix is soft high open and wet. I'm lost I need help asap
