Super tampons and heavy pads just in case! Keep some compact tampons in your pocket. How long are the hikes? If they're less than 8 hours that should do it. If not, bring some disposable bags with you and hide them somewhere with you if you can. But yeah, I just suggest some heavy duty tampons. Good luck!
Period and school hike 🔪
So According to eve I'm gonna start my period 2 days before my duke of Edinburgh award hike, ill be on my 3rd day when on the hike but I don't know what to do. It's 2 nights and 3 days, it's a mixed group ( boys and Girls ) there are normally no bathrooms so you have to go in bushes. My periods are extremely heavy. Anyone got any advice how to deal with it ? 😖
