So According to <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a> I'm gonna start my period 2 days before my duke of Edinburgh award hike, ill be on my 3rd day when on the hike but I don't know what to do. It's 2 nights and 3 days, it's a mixed group ( boys and Girls ) there are normally no bathrooms so you have to go in bushes. My periods are extremely heavy. Anyone got any advice how to deal with it ? 😖
