7 positive hpt followed by negative blood test and there's more..😢

I've been having sharp stabbing pains on my left side that don't go away ever. Persistent little stabs! Yesterday I had light pink spotting only once and a tad bit cramping. I'm nausaus and have sore boobs, AND have watery discharge. Not a yeast infection or BV.

Doc doesn't seem to care to give me an ultrasound at this time.

Is it a cyst, fibroid, ectopic pregnancy, PID? I know nobody can know that for sure. I'd just like to hear thoughts. I'm at a loss and just "watchfully waiting."

Ps...I'm worried iod possible PID because a month ago I had a chemical pregnancy, then ttc the day after.
