Labor coming soon?

36 weeks & 1 day. I have had lower back pains, but it's only on one side? I felt like I had to poop so I went and what looks like my mucus plug was there on the toilet paper. He's head down already. But just wondering can it be? Or is my back pain something else ?

My midwife told me it can be up to 3 weeks after full loss of mucas plug. ( no it doesn't rebuild it self some woman have chunks break off through out their pregnancy and thick discharged int let anyone tell you that  it rebuilds) anyways good luck!! I lost mine a few days ago and have had strong BH contractions all day today and in 36 weeks!

Back pain is probably pregnancy related. Losing mucus unfortunately doesn't necessarily mean that D-day is soon! Just keep an eye out for anything else. :) Good luck mama.
