I also packed my own towel because the hospital ones are teeny tiny and I added a roll of tp from home, not the sand paper they have :)

Good list!  I'd add deodorant and consider bringing your breast pump if you plan on breast feeding.

Camera I know you have your phone but it does help. Where we are delivering offers newborn pics we do this with our first and will most likely use again, we took one of the blankets that was made for our son and they turned out to be some of my favorite pictures.
