hmmmm . could it be a baby in my belly ?

could i be pregnant and my hcg just not show up on urine tests? weve been trying to concieve AGAIN ;  i havent tested yet ..but i havent had a REAL cycle since dec6-12 and that was mt first cycle since birth of mt daughter .. in janurary i bled two days and that was it it was dark red and filling up tampons then suddenly STOPPED (tmi i know) my cycle for feburary is in two days and for the past few weeks ive been feeling sick every morning but not to the point i puke , ( i normally only puke when i see POSITIVE) 😂 but i have also been feeling like little feet moving along the front of my belly ; i have a dent in my stomach that comes and goes and i cant sleep @ night but i sleep all day .. and when i take showers i get light head i can even sit in a tub and still be light head .. i have headaches everyday all day , and i will eat at ex: 6:30pm wnd be hungry again 8:00pm .. idk can someone give me an opinion?
