Pupps rash?

Heyy has any one ever had a rash called pupps during pregnancy? It's polymorphic eruption of pregnancy or something. I'm just wondering if anyone was able to get a treatment or did it end up fading or did you have to wait until after birth? Mine started on my belly and has spread to my back, super itchy and embarrassing! Any good ideas of what to do for it? I use a gentle cleanser and fragrance free lotion, but it doesn't help really. Also curious if you've had it before if you delivered a boy or girl or know what you're having? I've read most of pupps moms have boys and are having a bad reaction to the hormones.
