Implantation bleeding

I had unprotected sex on the 9th February right in the middle of the time I was ovulating, and I've had the tiniest bit of spotting today (2 weeks since having unprotected sex and 1 week before I'm due on my period). Could this be implantation bleeding? I took a pregnancy test two days ago after explaining some symptoms to the nurse but it came back negative. Thanks in advance x
