Weird, strange things happening in my vagina

Hey guys!! I am so sorry for the TMI, but I am getting really concerned about my health and a few things down south that are going on. My husband and I have unprotected sex and have for about 2 years. We haven't gotten pregnant yet. I wonder if I am the reason. I have lots of cramping all throughout the month and weird symptoms with like membrane- looking discharge after sex and reoccurring bacterial vaginosis. I have pain during sex sometimes. My husband uses toys sometimes and usually that's when the cramping and spotting happens. Today when I was urinating, I felt a clump of discharge come out and it was red mixed with yellow. It greatly concerned me.  Does anyone have weird things happen and if you did, did you see a Doc? I made an appointment but sometimes I worry they'll give me bad news or will thing I'm just whining.
