Can you get your first period then implantation bleeding?

So Thursday i got my period but it was light and short with no cramps which usually i get cramps since i have endometriosis and its heavy flow. So sunday night my bleeding had stop so i thought my period was over and this cycle was very short which it always last 6 to 7 days. But yesterday night i had light red bleeding again. Its very light like spotting and no cramps again. I just been feeling dizzy very hungry sleepy and nauseous. I know it can't be left over blood because it doesn't look like it.
