Im planning on using hypnobirthing along with other things like keeping the room dark, EO's, walking, birth ball etc...

This was the original plan.  I wanted a hypno water birth.  Sometimes plans don't work out though ☺

I did the Bradley method with my second and third after having a bad experience with the epidural with my first.

My sister did hypobirthing with her children. Some she combined with epidural and some she did without it. She used it with her last child which was a medically necessary planned c-section. She found it fantastic. She is a bit squeamish about her own body and this really helped her to get in the right frame of mind for giving birth. I would definitely use it I think.
