Is sore nipples a early pregnancy sign ?

I have sore nipples and have had them starting a few days after I ovulated.. I don't have sore breasts but my nipples have been sore for awhile now.. I am not expecting my period for like 9 or 10 days and have been trying to conceive for the past 7 yrs after my first son and have had no luck.. But I am hopeful that this may be it.. Has any mothers to be had similar experiences?
