Vaginal birth of identical twins
So I have a question for the mamas that have given birth to their twins vaginally, if I'm able to deliver vaginally I don't want to cut the cords immediately, I want them to be able to get that extra blood, so my question is how does that work when they both have the same placenta? Do you deliver one and they place the baby on your chest and deliver the other and place that baby on your chest too for a few minutes or however long is needed before the placent is delivered? Do they cut the cords before the placenta is delivered?
