Sex problem 🙄

So I had sex with my boyfriend on Valentine's Day , cute I know 💁🏻 he was my first an I was his first . The problem is that I'm about 7 days late I believe . But my period is always very irregular so I'm not sure exactly how many days I'm late by . I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative and also we use a condom and nothing spilled or broke . Any tips ? Also I've been stressing out so so much . Please help 💕 also I have cramps but no period
