Ex Partner Trouble house involved 😩
Hi all, Hope this is ok to post!Have such a tricky subject. Back in Jan 2013 me and my ex partner brought a house outright no mortgage just paid outright. I paid for the house he didn't make any payment towards the house and since we split in August 2013. I moved out for a year but have since moved back into the house with my daughter met somebody new and now had another baby as he has done the same with somebody else. A year ago in Febuary 2014 he signed documents to have his name taken off the house so it was just in my name it's come a year later and I've found out that it didn't all go through so gave him the documents again and now he is refusing to take his name off the deeds. I need help how can I get his name off the deeds of the house now?! I've been in tears for the last 2 hours as this is the worse situation I have ever been in! Please please help and give me advice on this!many thanks! X
