All day sickness

This is my second pregnancy and second go round of all day sickness. This time I have a 2 yr old to care for. No one is prescribing zofran like with my daughter so what have you taken that helps you get through? I am throwing up all day and so weak. I take phenerghan at night and it helps with the edge in the morning but it comes full force once I get up. Ginger and such doesn't help.
