2 1/2 weeks pp & still in pain!!

I had my baby 2/9 and got home on the 12th then had to go back on the 15th and was told I had a severe uti. I was given a weeks worth of antibiotics and was told to take them and you should be fine in a couple of days. I took the entire weeks worth on time and finished them a couple days ago and I'm still in a lot of pain & cannot urinate. I haven't been able to empty my bladder since yesterday. It stings and hurts alot down there. What should I do? Call the doctor or just let it be?? Thank you & please no judgement
