Miscarriage?

I'm i having a miscarriage? My last period was five days late, I didn't get a positive test. The bleeding lasted 7 days that's pretty normal. Then i was fine for three days then the last few days I've been heavily bleeding with clots and period cramps and sickness. Can anyone help please.
