Anyone else experience this

Usually when someone bothers me, either offends me or tries to bully or any of that sort, I start to get mad and by the of the day that person has either a bad luck streak, like ripping a new uniform, getting yelled out by the boss, getting bad news etc or of nothing happens to them that day, the bad luck they get the next day is worse like their car breaking down, they get sick...
