Staying positive
I have 12 weeks until my due date and my entire pregnancy I have been very determined that I will cloth diaper. I have been getting nothing but negativity from my friends and family over this. How do you mamas stay positive and not feel ashamed for making this decision for your child?
Cost was not the first factor that struck my interest in cloth. I came across the number of sposies that end up in landfills each year and the kinds of chemicals you are putting on your babies skin to cause that great absorbency and was like nope I won't do that to my child! I don't mind adding extra laundry and extra "hassle" to my routine as a mom if it means doing something good for my daughter. Why don't others understand that it's a very small sacrifice to make in my eyes?
