Burning urination after D&C?

I had a D&C yesterday, very slight spotting and cramping. I feel good today but now I am having a burning sensation when I pee. :( I didn't take any pain meds after the ones given at the hospital because my cramping wasn't bad enough to need them. I'm wondering if I'm just sensitive down there? I have no other UTI symptoms and was given antibiotics before and after surgery so I'm thinking/hoping it's not that. Anyone go through this and have it resolve on its own?
