Intuition on being pregnant?

Okay, so I've been off implanon almost two months and I had sex last week (beginning of ovulation) used pull out method (not that effectively) 😭 and I just have a feeling deep inside that I'm going to end up pregnant , like its way to soon to test and to get any real symptoms. But my breast have changed they feel mushy and my Nipples are just way darker , I have them pierced and for the first time in years there starting to crust up and have mucus come out of them. I even had a dream that I took 11 pregnancy test and they all came back positive. Anyone else have a feeling they were pregnant right away and it be accurate?🤔 (It wasn't in the plan to get pregnant but we can definitely take care of a baby) 😌
