Need help. Advice.
For those who are over weight and had a belly flap before pregnancy how did your recovery go if you had a c section? I'm wondering if recovery will take longer because my fat hangs over the incisions and it worries me. I'm on day 5 after delivery and I'm still in pain. What did u do to make ur recovery easier or better? Please any advice helps.
