Help!

I have a burning sensation down there Everytime I pee, I feel it's deep inside and I don't have nothing on my skin, sometimes it goes away if I don't pee for a long time but when I pee it comes back, I already went to the doctor and they told me I don't have a UTI which I thought I had .. So what can it be? They used those quick test for UTI.
