Shingles vs pregnancy symptom...

Last night I started getting this really intense burning / itchy / tingly pain under my left breast, almost like on my rib but not...  It's continued through this morning, but when i woke up and looked in the mirror there are no skin changes or anything.  It's no more red than usual, though it does feel slightly more warm to the touch than the right breast.  I will probably go to the doctor if this continues through the day.  (Also take a pregnancy test later but I had my last "period" a week and a half ago but also my cycle is all sorts of messed up and if I'm ovulating then it is a huge surprise to me).  Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this and what it turned out to be.
