Not feeling pregnant at 12 weeks

Any of you feel the same I'm just worried because I had a miscarriage on November I had my first ultrasound at 9 weeks Doctor said baby stop growing at 5 weeks and I had no signs of miscarriage had to do a mc  I'm 12 weeks 2 days I had 2 ultrasounds one at 7 weeks and one at 8 weeks baby's heart beat was 160 and then 165 I have another ultrasound tomorrow but I just don't feel no symptoms please if some of you feel the same and already heard your baby's heart beat please tell me everything is fine just afraid it has no heart beat and I have no symptoms of a miscarriage Again I'll let you guys know tomorrow if everything is fine 🙏
