Need some reassurance

I'm plus size and pregnant 20wks +1 and I'm not sure but I believe I felt my baby boy moving a couple weeks ago but nothing lately when I woke up this morning my ribs seem so tight almost painful I'm a ftm and trying to put my mind at ease I have a Drs apt tomorrow & an ultrasound Tuesday. Should I be worried at all?
