Advice for a newish pumper?

Kenzie • 30, Married 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧
My daughter refuses to latch without a nipple shield and even with its a struggle. She has a weak suck, and slight lip tie that makes feedings last forever. For the past week I've fed on 1 side while pumping the other then bottle feeding what I've pumped to her. It isn't really working well. Feedings without bottles are 2-5 hours. Feedings half breast half bottle are 1-3hour, and feedings with just bottle are like 1 hour. I'm thinking about just pumping for a while and trying the breast when she's a little bigger and older. She's almost 8 weeks now. I have 60 oz in the freezer and would like to add to my stash as well as pump only for my daughter. Right now I get anywhere from 1-4 oz each breast each pump. Which I try and do every time she eats. I'm hoping to increase my pumping sessions and increase how much I can pump. I already eat foods that are supposed to increase supply, drink mothers milk tea, and take 9 capsules of fenugreek daily. So what other advice do you have to make this successful for me? I was hoping to breastfeed/pump a year but that seems impossible to me. 6 months would be a dream. At this point I'd like to just make it through a day without crying my head off trying to feed my daughter.
