More emotional after going off the ring?
I have used nuvaring for years and just went off. I'm noticing that I'm way more moody and feeling the urge to cry. It could be my period coming (6 days out) or the greys anatomy (which always makes me cry), but it still feels abnormal. Anyone else have issues going off BC?
