Will this nail ever fall off or is it going to be like this forever? Has this ever happened to anyone? I wish my doctor would either remove it or refer me to someone who can remove it...it's not a fungus or anything we already had it tested...it's obviously absolutely disgusting looking...how can I get rid of this or get it to fall off!!!
