Hi everyone!

I had sex Feb 4th and 6th which glow said we're my fertile days. Right now (Feb 29th) I am feeling quite nauseous on and off throughout the day for the last week or so and it's getting stronger. I have no other pregnancy signs. However all pregnancy tests show a negative result. Could I still be pregnant? Also, I just did an ovulation test. It showed low fertility but when I took it out, I saw a faint second line. Please can you take a look at the picture and tell me if you think I'm ovulating? Also I have pcos, not sure if that affects anything? I just want to pregnant so bad and my body is really confusing me. What do you think?
