Is it every time or only if he cums? Is it possible you could be pregnant? When I was pregnant I was leaking amniotic fluid and it made him itch. Have a doctor do an ultrasound to find out what's causing the pain.

It's always best to get checked but normally with an STD it's not going to give symptoms just bc you had intercource.
