For anyone who knew their hcg was in the 4,000's what did you see on your ultrasound?

Question

I had one Thursday and we only saw sac with a spec. Doctor says we should see something by now. I'm going back in today. 
If anyone could post their hcg and ultrasound that'd be great. I know every pregnancy is different. 
And if I was 4200 last week I'm assuming I should be around 16,000 by now. Having labs done also today. Should I see something today?
A little nervous, but being positive. Coming off a MC in January and conceived again in January.
Any info. helps.
UPDATE!!!! Turns out I'm 5w 5d! Heart beat of 118! Feeling so blessed!
It's crazy what change 4 days can do for an ultrasound!

This was mine at 6 weeks. Hcg was 9,200. And we seen at fetal pole but no heartbeat. At 7 weeks I went back, and there was a heartbeat. You may just be too early. Congrats!

At 5w6 I was about 4,900 with a sac and nothing else. Tomorrow I have my first appt and I'll be 7w4 so hopefully there will be something there with a heartbeat. 🍀🍀🍀

Last hcg was 2,462 on 2/25.  So should be above 4000 by today 2/29 had first u/s this morning. Could only see gestational sac and yolk.

I had to go in for an early u/s and my levels were over 4,000 and this is what we say he kinda saw the baby and then the yolk sac is there . I'm going back on the 8th because that's when they can get me back in to see how far along I am and to make sure everything is still fine . Tomorrow I'll be 7 weeks .

This was my u/s at 4199 - I've been told only around 10000 they start to see the fetal pole and heart beat. You should be fine.. however, I was only 3w5d with this super high HCG number so I'm not normal according to even the large range averages you see on Google.
