Pregnancy after miscarriage announcement photos

Back in October we had a missed miscarriage at 14 weeks (baby stopped growing at 12). We had pictures done with our two year old son and had announced the pregnancy at 12 weeks. I'm now pregnant again and almost 11 weeks along. The girl who did the pictures last time is a good friend of mine from high school and she offered to do them again for free if we wanted to. I just don't know how to announce again.. It's such an odd feeling. What would you do?
