What ultrasound is more accurate ?

At my first ultrasound I was dated at 6 weeks 5 days CRL .81 cm.... I had another one at 25 weeks 5 days and Baby measured a whole week ahead. He weighed bigger too at 2.15. Does this change conception or is he just bigger?  Because I think that puts me back far before my period that I would have gotten pregnant. My due date wasn't changed at all tho.

First trimester scans....after 12w babies all grow at different rates and typically doesn't change due date...

When they say your baby is measuring smaller or bigger than it is supposed to be, it is not meant to change your due date, just inform you of the growth of the baby
 If your baby is measuring a week ahead then your baby is growing well. From a health perspective, it could be either you have diabetes, or you smoke. But it could be neither. Every little thing is gunna be alright. ;)

I'm also a week ahead, and she is bigger! Due Date didn't change, and doc said early ultrasounds are more accurate :) but me and my hubby are both tall, so I'm not surprised :)

My OB only changes due dates if it's off by more than a week.

My midwife only changes due dates based on dating ultrasounds done between 8 and 10 weeks
